摘　　要：介绍了一废旧金属带锯床的维修过程,对主要液压传动部分的检查与修理及锯床的调整方法进行了阐述,并对其主要机械结构、锯床的安全使用和操作做出了说明,为机械专业学生得到机床维修和生产加工实践体验提供了实例,为提高机床维修技能打下基础。This paper describes a maintenance process of an hydraulic system and the adjustment methods of sawing, old metal band sawing machine, mainly states the test of and explains the main mechanical structure, safe use andoperation of sawing. This paper aims at providing an example of sawing maintenance, production processing for students maior inmechanical engineering, which is helpful to improve their machine maintenance abilitv.
