摘　　要：铸造用金属模样的装配是模样制作中保证铸件质量的最后一个阶段,其装配精度,取决于各零部件的制造精度、合理的结构设计和模样所采用的装配方法。从分模面的合理选择、零部件的加工精度、模样的安装位置的确定、装配方法的确定等方面,详细论述了在金属模样的组装过程中提高金属模样装配精度的方法,确保模样的安装精度,同时缩短生产周期,提高装配时的工作效率。Casting metal like assembly is the last stage of the casting quality assurance. The production, the assembly precision and assembly method of structure design and mould manufacture precision, depending on the components of the reasonable use. The rational selection of parting surface, parts of the machining accuracy and the appearance of the installation position, the assembly method etc., discusses in detail the method of metal like assembly precision improvement in assembly of metal. In the process, to ensure the installation accuracy of shape, at the same time, shorten the production cycle, improve the work efficiency of the assembly.
