发达国家促进城镇化就业政策分析

摘　　要：根据"十二五"规划纲要,未来5年我国城镇化率要提高4个百分点,到2015年达到51.5%。发达国家在城镇化进程的各个阶段均制定和实施了一系列促进就业和再就业的政策措施,对其城镇化实现起到了积极作用。随着我国城镇化进程的深入,现有就业制度和就业体制的缺点和不足逐渐暴露,克服这些缺点和不足,发达国家城镇化进程中就业促进政策可资借鉴。According to the 'Twelfth Five Year Plan',the next 5 years,China's urbanization rate increased by 4 percentage points,to51.5% in 2015. The developed countries at all stages of the process of urbanization are formulated and implemented a series of policies and measures to promote the employment and re employment,to achieve the urbanization has played a positive role. As China's urbanization process in depth,the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing employment system and employment system gradually exposed,to overcome these shortcomings and deficiencies,the process of urbanization in developed countries for reference to promote employment policy.
