摘　　要：城市文化软实力作为文化软实力中的重头戏,在改革开放、深化改革的事业中占有重要一席之地。建设文明城市,其实质就是要在党的改革开放方针指引下,在政治文明的保障下,在经济文明和生态文明的基础上,大力发展文化建设,成就社会主义文化软实力。文化软实力是文明城市必须具备的特征。文化软实力不仅能够提升城市软实力,而且能够对城市经济建设产生影响,是城市全面协调发展的重要动力。The city of cultural soft power as the soft power of culture in the main event ,a space for one person in the reform and opening up an important,deepen the reform of the enterprise. The construction of civilized city,its essence is to the guidance of the party's policy of reform and opening up,in the guarantee of political civilization,in the foundation of economic civilization and ecological civilization, vigorously develop the cultural achievements of the socialist construction,cultural soft power. The soft power of culture is characteristic of civilized city must have. Cultural soft power can not only enhance the soft power of the city ,but also can affect the economic construction of the city,is an important driving force for the coordinated development of the city.
