连钱草配方煮丸及其制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:通过连钱草配方煮丸制备工艺的研究,为研究开发配方煮丸提供理论依据。方法:通过显微鉴别,TLC法鉴别,水分,灰分,酸不溶性灰分等的测量,比较其基本情况。结果:连钱草配方煮丸,TLC法鉴别,水分,灰分,酸不溶性灰分等均符合药典规定。结论:连钱草配方煮丸具有有颖粒大小均一,密度均匀,流动性好,便于规范化生产、机械化包装,且疗效可靠,质量标准清晰、稳定可控,调配快速等特点,适合企业大规模生产;同时,可临方调配,进行群药共煮,服用等方法均符合传统中医药理论的要求。Objective：As to provide theoretical basis for research and development dispensing pills by Study on proce- dure of Herba Gleehomae dispensing pills. Method：Using orthogonal experiment method to choose number of sieve,water content and drying temperature;and evaluation procedure of Herba Glechomae dispensing pills through identification con- dition on TLC. Determining items of sample that include moisture, ashes, insoluble ash content and water extracts. Re- sults：The best procedure of Herba Glechomae dispensing pills is 90 number of sieve, water content 1 ： 1.7 and drying temperature 60~C. Identification condition on TLC and determining items of sample are all Conform to the provisions of The Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion：Herba Glechomae dispensing pills have the characteristics of uniform size and density, liquidity is good; To facilitate standardization production, mechanized packing, quality is stable and controllable; The mixing characteristics such as fast, Taking method conform to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
