祖师麻总香豆素的抗炎镇痛药效作用评价

摘　　要：目的:研究祖师麻总香豆素的抗炎镇痛作用,为后续研究开发新药提供依据。方法:采用蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀模型与二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,评价祖师麻总香豆素的抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体模型,评价其镇痛活性。结果:祖师麻总香豆素可明显抑制蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀和二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀,显著减轻由醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛,减少扭体反应次数。结论:祖师麻总香豆素具有较好的镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective ： To explore the anti - inflammatory effect and analgesic effect of Zushima coumarins, to provide evidence for further developing new medicine. Methods ： The anti - inflammatory effects were conducted in rats with paw e- dema caused by egg white and in mice with ear edema caused by dimethyl benzene. Analgesic effect of Zushima couma- rins was evaluated by a method of mice body stretching. Results ： Zushima coumarins could effectively inhibit the paw ede- ma in rat model and ear edema in mice model, and decrease the writhing times significantly. Conclusion：Zushima couma- rins has the good analgesia, anti -inflammations functions.
