摘　　要：目的:探究葛根素注射液所致不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR)的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过检索2001—2013年国内医学期刊,以及浙江省药品不良反应监测中心接收到的葛根素注射液不良反应报告,共325例进行分析和总结。结果:葛根素注射液的不良反应临床表现主要为药物热、药疹、溶血及休克等症状,在高剂量(≥400 mg/d)及连续用药时更易发生。结论:葛根素注射液不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,应用时应高度警惕。Objective：To study the condition and correlated factors for ADRs induced by Puerarin Injection, in order to provide some references for the use of Puerarin Injection in the clinic. Methods ：325 cases of ADRs associated with puerar- in injection during 2001 ~ 2013 Collected from medical journals and Zhejiang drug adverse reaction monitoring center were analyzed and summarized. Results：Primary symptoms of ADR associated with puerarin injection were fever, anthesma, he- molysis and shock. It seemed that ADRs happened more often when high dosage（ ≥400mg/d）, or continuous administra- tion were applied. Conclusion：ADRs associated with puerarin are correlative with multiple factors.
