金玄利咽颗粒防治咽喉炎药效作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究金玄利咽颗粒对急性咽喉炎的防治作用。方法:将动物随机分组,分别进行药物干预或者治疗,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、小鼠棉球致肉芽肿模型、小鼠醋酸致腹腔毛细血管通透性增加模型、蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀模型及大鼠急性咽喉炎实验观察金玄利咽颗粒的抗炎作用。结果:金玄利咽颗粒高剂量能够明显抑制巴豆油所致的耳肿胀,金玄利咽颗粒各剂量能明显抑制棉球植入所致小鼠的肉芽肿胀,并能明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加;金玄利咽颗粒各剂量能不同程度减少注射蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀度,其中高剂量组致炎后各时段肿胀度均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05);金玄利咽颗粒高、中剂量能减轻急性咽炎模型大鼠咽腔组织黏膜的炎症表现。结论:金玄利咽颗粒有明显的防治咽喉炎的作用,且与剂量有一定量效关系,其中抗炎作用是其治疗咽喉炎的一个重要药理学作用基础。Objective ： To investigate the anti - inflammatory effect of Jinxuanliyan （JX） granules against pharyngitis. Method, ： Animals were randomly divided into several groups, the inflammation induced by croton oil on mice＇ s ear and the swelling toe of rat caused by injecting egg albumin were performed to observe the anti - inflammation action of JX granules. The anti - inflammatory action was also assessed by granuloma - swelling model in mice. The influence to the capillary peimeability was observed by acetic acid -induced model. The pharmacodynamic action of JX was measured by the model of acute pharyngitis in rats induced by ammonia. Results ： The experiments proved that the concentration 3.0 g/ kg of JX could significantly inhibit the ear swelling caused by croton oil and 0.75,1.5,3.0 g/kg dose could obviously in- hibit both of the peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and granulation swelling induced by cotton ball. Also the experiments showed that 1.5,3.0 g/kg had a therapeutic action to the acute pharyngitis in rats. Conclusion：Jinx- uanliyan granules have significant treatment of pharyngitis and anti - inflammatory effect is an important pharmacological basis in the treatment of pharyngitis.
