生殖营养胶囊与五子衍宗丸对药物性少精模型生殖机能影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生殖营养胶囊与五子衍宗丸对少精证大鼠模型生殖机能影响的差异。方法:SD雄性大鼠100只,随机分为对照组、模型组、生殖营养胶囊组、五子衍宗丸组4组,每组25只。模型组、生殖营养胶囊组、五子衍宗丸组均按500 mg/kg剂量腺嘌呤灌胃造模,每周2次,为期2个月;同时,生殖营养胶囊组按1.96 g/kg灌服生殖营养方水煎液,五子衍宗丸组按1.96 g/kg灌服五子衍宗丸水煎液,对照组灌服等体积生理盐水。实验结束后禁食12 h,取血测睾酮、黄体生成素的含量;摘取附睾,用光学显微镜镜检精子数、精子存活率、精子活动度、精子畸形率;取双侧睾丸,HE染色,进行病理观察。结果:腺嘌呤可以导致大鼠精子数量减少、存活率降低、活动度低且精子畸形率增高;血清睾酮和黄体生成素含量下降。生殖营养胶囊和五子衍宗丸都可以改善腺嘌呤造成的此种情况,其中以生殖营养胶囊对精子数量,存活率、活动度,畸形率改善疗效为佳;生殖营养胶囊和五子衍宗丸都可以纠正分泌障碍,但两者在改善睾酮和黄体生成素的分泌方面作用力度相差不大。结论:在五子衍宗丸基础上添加生殖营养必需物质制成的生殖营养胶囊较传统制剂能更好地提高精子质量。Objective： To study the reproductive performance differences between Reproductive Nutrition Capsule and Wu -zi -yan -zong wan on Drug Sex Less Refined Model. Method： One hundred SD male healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were the control group, the model group, reproductive nutrition Capsule group, Wu - zi - yah - zong wan group, each group of only 25. All those groups except the control were established by orally giving adenine to the mice at 500 mg ~ kg-J, two times a week for 2 months. At the same time, mice in the reproductive nutrition Capsule group were orally given water extracts from sheng zhiyingyang fang （at 1.96 g ~ kg -~ ） , mice in the Wu -zi -yah -zong wan group were orally given water mixed pills of Wu - zi - yah - zong wan （ at 1.96 g ~ kg - 1 ）, two times a week also for 2 months. The control group was administrated distilled water. 12 hours after administration, plasma was collected to de- tect the contents of testosterone and luteinizing hormone; Gathered the epididymis, using optical microscope sperm counts, sperm survival rate and sperm activity, sperm deformity rate; Take bilateral testes, HE staining, the histopatho- logical observation were carried out. Result： Adenine could lead to fewer rat sperm count, lower survival rate, low activity and sperm deformity rate increased ; Cut down the content of serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone. Reproductive nu- trition capsule and Wu -zi -yah -zong wan both could improve the situation caused by the adenine; with reproductive nu- trition capsule better improve curative effect on the sperm count, survival rate, activity, deformity rate. Reproductive nu- trition capsule and Wu-zi -yah-zong wan both could correct secretion disorder, but no apparently difference on impro- ving the testosterone and luteinizing hormone secretion. Conclusion： the Reproductive Nutrition Capsule, add reproductive nutrition necessary materials to the Wu - zi - yah - zong wan, could better improve the quality of sperm than traditional
