摘  要:目的:探讨益气温阳活血中药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压改善的机制。方法:随机纳入120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组予常规治疗基础上加中药安慰剂,治疗组予常规治疗加益气温阳活血中药,疗程2周。以VEGF、TGF-β1以及VEGF、TGF-β1与肺动脉压相关性为观察指标。结果:结合本研究显示:VEGF、TGF-β1,肺动脉压方面,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元相关性显示,VEGF、TGF-β1与肺动脉压存在相关关系,为正相关关系。结论:益气温阳活血中药可以抑制TGF-β1及VEGF的表达,抑制肺血管的重塑,从而降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压,改善COPD患者肺动脉高压的恢复及预后,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective :To explore good temperature Yang qi and Chinese medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension to improve mechanisms. Methods : Randomly assigned 120 patients with chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease as the research object, divided into the treatment group and control group (n = 60). The placebo control group in the conventional treatment based upon Chinese traditional medicine, the treatment group in the conven- tional treatment jiayi temperature Yang invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine, treatment course 2 weeks. With VEGF, TGF - beta 1 and VEGF, TGF - beta 1 to observe correlation with pulmonary artery pressure indica- tors. Results : Combined with this research shows that : VEGF, TGF - beta 1, pulmonary artery pressure, statistically sig- nificant difference, compared the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ; By multivariate correlation showed that VEGF, TGF - beta 1 was correlated with pulmonary artery pressure, as a positive correlation. Conclusions: Good temperature Yang qi and Chi- nese traditional medicine can inhibit the TGF - beta 1 and the expression of VEGF, inhibition of pulmonary vascular re- modeling, reducing chronic obstructive puhnonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, improve the recovery and prognosis of COPD patients with pulmonary hypertension, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
