中西医结合治疗中风后运动性失语患者临床疗效分析及对日常生活语言质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗中风后运动性失语患者临床疗效分析及对日常生活语言质量的影响,为临床诊断治疗提供一定参考价值。方法:本组中风后运动性失语78例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组给予西药联合语言康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医针灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(94.87%)显著高于对照组(66.67%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后听说理解、口语表达及阅读能力评分均显著高于治疗前及对照治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后出声读、说评分显著高于治疗前及对照治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗中风后运动性失语患者临床疗效显著,可明显提高患者日常生活语言质量,具有重要临床研究意义。Objective：To investigate Integrative analysis motor aphasia patients with clinical efficacy and impact on the quality of daily life language stroke after treatment for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide some reference value. Mqthods ： The group of 78 cases of motor aphasia stroke patients according to the random number table, randomly divided into two grgups （ n = 39） and control group （ n = 39）. The control group received joint language rehabilitation medicine treatment, observation group combines acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. Results： The total treat- ment efficiency （94.87 % ） was significantly higher（66.67 % ）, and there is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; post - treatment observation group heard comprehension, speaking and reading scores were significantly higher than before the treatment and control after treatment, and there is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; group therapy after police read a- loud, and said scores were significantly higher than before the treatment and control after treatment, and there is statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Integrative clinical efficacy after treatment of stroke in patients with significant motor aphasia, language can significantly improve the quality of daily life of patients has important clinical significance.
