摘　　要：从2014年开始房地产行业进入了新的发展阶段，展望未来，房地产市场仍是一个巨量市场，呈现结构化的特征。As a service provider who focuses on increment transactions,World Union witnessed a harvest year against the declining trend last year.As shown in its annual report,its revenue last year was 3.308 billion,increasing 29.07% year-on-year,and sales as agent reached 321.8 billion with 1.35% rise year-on-year.Its market share also rose from 3.9% in 2013 to 4.5% last year.
