摘　　要：以北京师范大学图书馆编目外包为例,从编目外包发展历程、外包工作本地化模式、编目外包工作管理、编目外包数据的质量控制等方面,阐述了高校图书馆编目外包工作对图书馆员专业水平和技术能力的要求,分析了编目外包对图书馆基础工作的影响。Taking Beijing Normal University library’s cataloging outsourcing service as an example, this paper expounds the requirements of university library’s cataloging outsourcing service for librarians’ professional level and technical ability from aspects of the development process of cataloging outsourcing,the localization pattern of outsourcing work,the management of cataloging outsourcing, and the quality control of cataloging outsourcing data,etc.,and analyzes the impact of cataloging outsourcing on library’s elementary works.
