摘　　要：论述了图书馆流通借阅服务工作中存在的各种问题,探析了问题产生的原因,提出了图书馆优化管理及提高服务质量的对策。This paper discusses various problems existing in library＇s circulation service, probes into the reasons of these problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for library to optimize the management and improve the service quality.
