摘　　要：针对当前Windows平台下电脑触摸屏手写中文输入法稀缺的现状,采用笔画、笔顺相结合的识别方法,设计并实现了一种简易手写中文输入法,识别率70%左右,配合电脑触摸屏操作可拓展人机交互应用,发挥触摸屏更大的功用。Considering the lack of handwritten Chinese input method used on computer touchscreen under Windows platform, this paper designs and implements a kind of simple handwritten Chinese input method with the recognition rate of 70%by adopting the combination of stroke and stroke order identification method. This program can broaden the man-machine interactive applications cooperating with computer touch screen, and expand the use of computer touchscreen .
