不同扦插期对金银花嫩枝生根及成活率的影响

摘　　要：为了解在青海冷凉气候条件下对金银花扦插成活率的影响,以在青海省同仁县采集的从山东引种种植的金银花为试验材料,分别在6月15日、7月15日、8月15日、9月15日4个时期,进行不同扦插期对金银花嫩枝生根影响的研究。结果表明:在8月15日采集插穗,穗条在200 mg/kg浓度的IBA生长素浸泡4 h后再进行扦插,其愈伤组织形成天数、根形成天数最短,分别为16,21 d;成活率、生根数、根长平均值最高,分别为90.7%、58条、19.47 cm。在青海冷凉气候下生长的金银花最佳育苗扦插期是每年的8月中旬,这一时期进行金银花扦插育苗最有利于其根的生长,成活率最高。In order to understand the influence of cold climate in Qinghai on honeysuckle cutting sur- vival rate, cuttings of honeysuckle that were introduced from Shandong and planted in Tongren town Qinghai province were collected on June 15, July 15, August 15 and September 15, 2012. The in- fluences of different cutting times on shoots rooting and survival rate of them were investigated. The result showed that the cuttings collected on August 15 had shortest days of callus and root formation with 16d, 21d respectively; the cuttings also had highest survival rate, root number and root length with means of 90.6% , 58, 19.47cm respectively after soaked in 200 mg/kg IBA for 4 h. The re- suits indicate that mid - August is in favor of the growth of root and surviving of honeysuckle cut- tings.
