科素亚联合血塞通软胶囊治疗胡桃夹综合征38例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨科素亚联合血塞通软胶囊治疗胡桃夹综合征(NCS)的临床疗效。方法回顾性对照分析我科2008年6-月—2014年3月经超声检查确诊的38例NCS患者,应用科素亚联合血塞通软胶囊治疗前及治疗3个月后的临床资料,并进行统计学比较。结果经过3个月的药物治疗,NCS患者的蛋白尿、血尿症状、左肾静脉内径及血流参数指标较治疗前均有明显好转。结论科素亚联合血塞通软胶囊治疗NCS疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of losartan combined with Xuesaitong soft capsules in the treatment of nutcracker syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 38 patients with nutcracker syndrome admitted during June 2008 and March 2014.They were treated with losartan combined with Xuesaitong soft capsules,and the therapeutic outcome was anylyzed.Results After three months＇ drug therapy,the patients got significant improvements in proteinuria,hematuria,left renal vein diameter and blood flow parameters when compared with before.Conclusion Losartan combined with Xuesaitong soft capsules is effective on the treatment of nutcracker syndrome.
