摘　　要：目的：探讨不同类型皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法根据手部皮肤软组织缺损的部位及损伤情况，应用足背皮瓣、腹部皮瓣、尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣、上臂外侧皮瓣、骨间背侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损108例。结果本组108例共108个皮瓣，完全成活98个，占90％；其余部分边缘表皮坏死，经换药后愈合。术后随访，皮瓣外形满意，质地柔软耐磨，感觉功能恢复良好。讨论根据手部皮肤软组织缺损情况，针对性选择不同类型的皮瓣修复，着重重建手的外形和感觉功能。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of different type of skin flap to repair the skin defect of hand. Methods According to the hand skin and soft tissue defect location and damage situation, application of dorsal foot flap, abdominal flap, dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery flap, lateral arm flap, dorsal interosseous flap to repair the skin defect of hand in 108 cases. Results 108 patients with 108 flaps, survived completely 98, accounting for 90%;the edge part of epidermal necrosis, healed after dressing change for 10, accounted for 10%. Postoperative follow-up, the appearance of the flap was satisfactory, texture was soft. Conclusion According to the situation of hand skin and soft tissue defect, the choice of different types of skin flap to repair the skin defect of hand wound, pay more attantion to the reconstruction of appearance and sease of hand.
