两组逆行皮瓣修复拇指末节皮肤缺损的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：研究对比两组逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指末节皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法设计指背动脉组和指背神经组逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指末节皮肤软组织缺损，术后通过皮瓣成活质量及感觉功能恢复情况对比两组皮瓣疗效。结果经随访42例皮瓣全部成活，感觉功能评价指背神经逆行岛状皮瓣组较好。结论拇指指背神经逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指末节皮肤软组织缺损疗效优于拇指指背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣。Objective To compare the clinical outcome of two flaps based on dorsal digital artery and dorsal digital nerves nutrient vessel to repair fingertip defects. Methods 20 cases were repaired by dorsal digital artery reverse flaps, and 22 cases were repaired by dorsal digital nerves nutrient vessel reverse flaps. The survival rate and the recovery condition of sensory function were compared between two group. Results All of the 42 flaps survived. The sensory function repaired by dorsal digital nerves nutrient vessel reverse flap is better. Conclusion The clinical outcome of flaps based on dorsal digital nerves nutrient vessel is better than that of dorsal digital artery to repair thumb top skin defect.
