甲沟“V”形切除合并浅甲沟重建用于治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨并总结甲沟“V”形切除合并浅甲沟重建用于治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎的手术方法及临床疗效。方法2007年7月—2013年12月，对313例共计584趾嵌甲性甲沟炎实施甲沟“V”形切除合并浅甲沟重建术，分析并总结手术疗效。结果本组切口均达到一期愈合，且实现了甲沟一期成形，仅15例复发，有效率达95.1％。结论该术式简单易行，操作方便，对趾甲及软组织损伤小，对病灶切除彻底，治愈率高，病程短，值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore and summarize the nail groove operation procedure and clinical effect of“V” font resection combined with shallow groove reconstruction for the treatment of ingrown toenail of paronychia. Methods From July 2007-December 2013, 313 cases of total 584 ingrown toenails paronychia were treated by“V”shaped excision combined with shallow groove reconstruction. Analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect. Results All patients achieved I incision healing, and realize I phase reforming, only 15 cases of recurrence, the effective rate was 95.1%. Conclusion The technique is simple, operation is convenient, the toenail and soft tissue injury is small, complete resection of lesions, the cure rate is high, short duration, and is worth of extensive popularization.
