摘 要:目的 利用Delphi法构建病区分类的主要指标,为病区分类提供依据.方法 选取25名不同领域护理专家对病区分类指标实施两轮Delphi法评价.根据评价结果,对指标进行适当的修改和完善.结果 专家权威程度为0.84,协调系数为0.62,专家积极参与病区分类指标的研究.经两轮专家咨询,各指标的变异系数在0.15~0.20之间.结论 经过两轮Delphi专家评价,病区分类指标得到修改和完善,具有较高的专家认可程度和一致性,为病区分类管理的具体实践提供了依据.Objective To screen the indicatiors of ward classification in military hospital and provide a basis for ward classification. Methods Twenty - five experts in different fields were invited for two rounds Delphi consultation, and then revised and perfected the indicatiors, accoraing to the evaluation results. Results The expert authority degree was 0.84, the coordination coefficient was 0.62, the experts actively participated in the study. After two rounds of expert consultation the variation ranged from 0.15 to 0.20 of each indicator. Conclusion After two rounds of expert consultation ,the ward classification index system has been revised and perfected, which provides a basis for the practice of classification management.
