聚焦解决模式对肺癌患者癌因性疲乏和生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在改善肺癌患者癌因性疲乏和生存质量中的作用。方法选取手术后进行化疗的肺癌患者220例为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组和干预组,各110例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上,应用聚焦解决模式干预(描述问题、构建具体可行的目标、探查例外、给予反馈、评价进步)。结果患者的癌因性疲乏评分降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),生存质量各领域除恶心呕吐和腹泻外,评分均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式可以改善肺癌患者癌因性疲乏和生存质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effects of solution - focused approach on cancer - related fatigue and quality of life in lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 220 lung cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional care,while the experimental group was treated with solution - focused approach, which included describe the problem, build con- crete and feasible indicators, exploration exception,give feedback, and evaluate progress. Results The cancer - related fatigue score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of quality of life in all functional areas and overall health score were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Solution - focused approach can alleviate cancer - related fatigue and im- prove the quality of life of lung cancer patients,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic .
