摘  要:采用水培方法研究了一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)对15%聚乙二醇模拟干旱胁迫下的燕麦幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,结果表明:50μmol/L SNP显著增强了干旱胁迫下燕麦幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和质膜H+-ATP酶活性,降低了超氧阴离子、过氧化氢、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸、氨基酸、脯氨酸和Cl-含量,提高了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、K+和Ca2+含量,缓解了燕麦幼苗生物量和含水量的下降,但对Na+含量影响不大。表明外源NO可通过提高活性氧清除、渗透溶质积累和离子选择性吸收提高燕麦幼苗的耐旱性。A hydroponic experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on the growth and physiological characteristics of oat seedling (Arena nuda L. ) under drought stress simulated with 15% polyethylene glycol 6000. The results showed that 50 μmol/L SNP significantly increased the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase and plasma membrane H+-ATPase, and decreased the accumulation of O2· , H2O2, malondialdehyde and contents of glutathione, ascorbic acid, amino acid, proline, and chloride (CI-) in leaves of oat seedlings under drought stress respectively. Similarly, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, potassium (K+), calcium (Ca2+) in leaves as well as plant biomass and its water content were also increased significantly in the seedlings under the same stress respectively, but there was no significant impact on the Na+ content. The results indicated that exogenous nitric oxide may improve drought resistance of the oat plants by increasing the active oxygen scavenging, osmotica accumulation and ions selective ab- sorption.
