摘  要:以野生型和栽培型白羊草为材料,采用PEG模拟干旱法对其种子萌发期吸水规律及耐旱特性进行研究,结果表明:种子萌发时的吸水过程分为吸胀阶段(0~8h)和萌动阶段(8~22h),之后种子进入萌发状态.干旱胁迫下,白羊草种子的发芽率、发芽势、胚根长、胚芽长均随PEG浓度的增加先升高后降低,发芽指数和活力指数呈下降趋势.低浓度的PEG(-0.2Mpa)对种子萌发有引发作用,随着PEG浓度的继续升高有抑制作用.在干旱胁迫下,野生型白羊草种子比栽培型种子表现出更强的干旱耐受能力.Wild and cultivated Bothriochica ischaemum seeds were treated with different concentrations on PEG during their germination period to determine the water absorption law and drought tolerance based on the seed germination. The results showed that seed water absorption course was divided into inhibition phase(0-8h) and protrusionphase(8-22), and then the seeds began to germinate. The germination per centage, germination potential, radicle length and sprout length increased first, and then reduced with the raise of PEG concentration, the germination index and vigor index decreased. Lower PEG concentrations (0.2Mpa) can promoted seed germination of Bothriochica ischaernurn, but higher concentrations significantly restrained the germination. Under drought stress, wild Bothriochica ischaemurn seeds has better drought tolerance than cultivated seeds.
