摘  要:以新疆伊犁绢蒿属荒漠草地为对象,研究了不同封育年限对草地土壤有机质、土壤全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾的影响。结果表明:随封育时间的延续,土壤有机质、全氮及碱解氮在表层基本呈先降后升趋势,且在封育9年均达到最高值;速效钾与速效磷均呈先降后升再降趋势,且在封育6年达到最大值;全钾与全磷无明显变化趋势。土壤有机质、全氮及速效养分呈现表聚现象,且土壤有机质与全量及速效养分相关性显著。The influence of different enclosure years on soil organic matter, soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, alkali solution nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium of Seriphidiurn transiliense desert grassland in Xinjiang were studied. The results showed that: The content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and alkali solution nitrogen substantially increased first and then decreased with the extension of fencing time in the surface, and reached the highest value in nine years of fencing; the content of available potassium and phosphorus decreased first then increased, and reached the maximal value in six years of fencing; The content of total phosphorus and potassium had no obvious changing. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available nutrients presented a phenomenon of surface aggregation, and soil organic matter, total nutrients and available nutrients were significantly correlated.
