经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：总结18例骨质疏松症性椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术的围术期护理。方法认真做好术前护理、术后护理、并发症预防及出院指导。结果除1例因造影时大量造影剂进入椎管内而未形成PVP外，其患者余均顺利度过围术期，恢复良好。结论加强骨质疏松症性椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术患者的围术期护理，能减轻患者疼痛，提高患者及家属的满意度。Objective To summarize perioperative care based on 18 cases of PVP （ Percutaneous vertebroplasty） in treatment of OVCF （ Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures） , for improving the life quality of patients.Methods Preoperative, postoperative nurs-ing, preventing complication and discharged guidance were done carefully.Results Except one case hadnˊt became PVP because of too much contrast medium going into the canales spinalis, the rest of 18 cases of PVP in treatment of OVCF came over perioperative period suc-essfully.Conclusions To strengthen perioperative care based on PVP in treatment of OVCF can ease the pain, improve the life quality, pro-long life and improve patientsˊand their familiesˊsatisfaction.
