检测hs-CRP、CK-MB、cTnI及IL-35指标对病毒性心肌炎患者诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析对病毒性心肌炎患者检测血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及白介素-35(IL-35)指标的临床价值。方法:选择在本院接受诊治的病毒性心肌炎患者97例作为研究对象(观察组)。选择同期在本院健康体检者85例作为对照组。对比分析两组血清hs-CRP、CK-MB、cTnI及IL-35检测结果。结果:观察组hs-CRP、CK-MB、cTnI阳性率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清hs-CRP、CK-MB、cTnI检测结果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);cTnI敏感度明显高于hs-CRP、CK-MB,hs-CRP敏感度明显高于CKMB;cTnI特异性明显高于CK-MB、hs-CRP,CK-MB特异性明显高于hs-CRP;观察组血清IL-35水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清hs-CRP、CK-MB、cTnI及IL-35可作为诊断病毒性心肌炎的重要指标。Objective： To analyze value of detecting high sensitivity C- reactive protein （hs CRP）, creatine kinase （CK- MB）, troponin I （eTnI） and interleukin 35 （IL-35） levels in diagnosis of viral myocarditis. Methods： A total of 97 patients with viral myocarditis were enrolled as study group. 85 cases of healthy people were selected as control group during the same period. Serum hs-CRP, CK MB, eTnI and IL 35 levels of the two groups were compared. Results： The hs-CRP, CK-MB, cT- nI positive rate was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group, （P〈0.05） ; serum hs CRP, CK MB, cTnI levels of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Sensitivity of cTnI was significantly higher than that of hs-CRP and CK-MB; sensitivity of hs-CRP was significantly higher than the sensitivity of CK MB; specificity of cTnI was significantly higher than that of CK-MB and hs-CRP, specificity of CK-MB was significantly higher than that of hs CRP; serum IL-35 levels of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Serum hs CRP, CK-MB, cTnI and IL 35 can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis of viral myocardi tis.
