摘  要:目的:分析丹参注射液降低骨科止血带所致缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制,为临床治疗提供借鉴与参考。方法:选取我院创伤骨科择期行下肢手术患者60例,随机分为对照组和丹参注射液组,均采用两点穿刺联合腰硬麻醉,分析患者松止血带前及松止血带10、30、60min时股静脉血中血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及NOX2和促炎症因子白介素-6/10(IL-6/10)的表达。结果:松止血带前两组患者生命体征各相关指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),但松止血带10、30、60min后,治疗组MDA、NOX2及IL-6/10均高于对照组,而SOD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液通过抑制NOX2介导的促炎症因子过表达以降低骨科止血带所致缺血再灌注损伤。Objective: To explore the effect of Danshen injection on orthopaedic tourniquet induced ischemic reperfusion. Methods: A total of 60 cases undergoing lower limb operation were divided into 2 groups, control and Danshen group. The ser- um MDA, SOD and the expression of NOX2 and IL6/10 was detected by western blotting. Results; The results revealed that the aforementioned parameters were in the same level before orthopaedic tourniquet release. But the serum MDA was increased and the expression of NOX as well as IL6/10 was up-regulated in control group when compared with Danshen group. At the meaning time, the serum SOD was increased in Danshen group with a significant difference when compared with control. Conclusions: Danshen injection alleviates the orthopaedic tourniquet induced ischemic reperfusion by inhibiting NOX2 mediated IL6/10 activation.
