城市商业综合体环境景观设计研究——以莆田大唐广场为例

摘　　要：城市商业综合体容纳并有机地整合了商业、办公、住宅、会展、餐饮、娱乐中3种以上的城市功能,应在这些城市功能间建立互惠互利且相互依存的"商业生态链",从而形成多能、高效、高度集约化、符合高尚人文需求的综合性建筑形体。在景观设计的维度上,应充分挖掘其现代可持续景观环境的营造潜力。分析了我国城市商业综合体环境景观设计中存在的问题和应该考虑的因素,并以莆田大唐广场景观设计为例,从设计构思、规划布局、功能分区、交通组织、景点设计、植物设计等方面探讨了城市商业综合体环境景观设计策略。The city commercial complex contains and integrates more than three kinds of urban functions,like commerce,office,residence,fair,catering and entertainment.It establishes interdependence and mutually beneficial'business ecosystem'among different urban functions.Thus,a multi-functional,highly efficient and highly intensive urban comprehensive building group comes into being,which can also meet the high emotional demand of citizens as well.In terms of landscape,the city commercial complex should fully discover its creative potential for sustainable environment.The existing problems and factors should have taken into consideration in the landscape design of city commercial complex were analyzed.Furthermore,take landscape design of Datang Square as an example,environment landscape design strategy in city commercial complex were discussed from design conceptualization,planning pattern,functional areas,traffic organization,detail areas landscape and planting design.
