大学生田径运动员竞技动机的研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对大学生运动员的竞技动机进行研究。结果:大学生田径运动员竞技动机总体较强,与社会认可、竞技水平、娱乐、感性体验和努力取向5个维度都呈正线性显著相关。在不同竞赛组别之间竞技动机存在显著性差异,在其他因素上不存在显著性差异。结论与建议:大学生田径运动员竞技动机总体比较强烈,动机取向多元化,体育主管部门、学校体育协会和学校要顺势进一步加强赛事组织管理,以竞技为平台,尽可能满足运动员参赛的多种竞技动机需求。教练员要根据运动员的竞技动机需求取向特点,因材施教,力求运动员具有较强的竞技动机。Methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics were adopted in researching the motivation for track and field ath-letics in college. The results showed that athletes overall had stronger competitive motivations,significantly,their motivation was positively linear correlated with their social acceptance, competitive level, entertainment, perceptual experience and effort orienta-tion. There were significant differences only in different race groups on the motivation for athletics. Conclusions and suggestions：competitive motivations of athletes were stronger and diversified on the whole. The departments of sports, school sports association and schools should take advantage of opportunities to strengthen competition organization further to meet the demands of athletes in the competitive platform. Coaches should teach students in accordance of their characteristics to promote their stronger motiva-tions.
