我国高校竞技体育发展的历史背景与现实困境

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查等方法,基于价值取向和可持续发展的视角从"三个关系"、"两个主体"对我国高校竞技体育发展的现实困境进行研究,认为:中国高校竞技体育是体育和教育结合的产物,是学校教育发展的重要组成部分,受管理体制和运行机制的影响,我国高校竞技体育、国家竞技体育以及运动员"三者"之间的矛盾关系仍然突出,学训矛盾和体育教练员执教能力成为影响高校竞技体育发展的重要因素。By literature, expert interviews, field surveys and other methods, based on values and sustainable development theory from the perspective of “three relationships” and“two subjects”,the dilemmas in competitive sports of college were researched. Points of view are as following：college competitive sports is an important part of the schools education,which is combined of sports and education in China,for the management system and operation mechanism,“contradictory relationships of college competitive sports,national competiting sports and the athletes are still obvious, learning and training contradictions and sports coaches are im-portant factors on the development of college competitive sports.
