摘　　要：在阐释知识产权人才的定义和分类的基础上,剖析了我国知识产权教育和专业人才培养的历程及现状。影响我国知识产权教育和人才培养的主要问题有四:一是培养专业人才的学术平台不够宽大,二是知识产权教育的覆盖范围不够广泛,三是师资队伍不够强大,四是专业人才的层次结构不符合社会需求。在此基础上提出了建议和措施:积极搭建人才培养平台,培养多元化知识产权专业人才;加强知识产权师资队伍建设;构建完善的知识产权人才培养体系。The development and current situation of China＇s intellectual property education and talent cultivation is analyzed in the article＇ on the basis of the illumination of intellectual property＇s definition and classification. The factors affecting China＇s intellectual property education and talent cultivation are concluded as follows. 1） the academic platform for talent cultivation is not broad enought2） the intellectual property education＇s coverage is not wide enough; 3）the teaching staff is not excellent enough;4） and the talent structure is not reasonable enough to meet the need of society. As to these problems,a couple of suggestions and countermeasufes are proposed. 1） a broad platform to cultivate multilayer talent in intellectual property needs to be built up; 2） the construction of teaching staff in intellectual property education needs to be strengthened; 3） and a perfect personnel training system in intellectual property needs to be developed.
