摘　　要：针对改扩建项目中,安装场地受限、环境恶劣等特殊情况,研究了电收尘器的安装方法和吊装方案。在改扩建项目中安装电收尘器时,应对电收尘器整体结构进行分解,以满足安装要求,同时根据不同项目场地的特殊性及吊装设备的优缺点来选择合适的吊装设备,并根据项目要求,采取一些特殊的措施,以便在不影响安装区域周围工艺正常生产的情况下,按工期完成电收尘器的安装工作。Due to limited installation site and poor environment in upgrading/expansion project, the paper makes a research on installation method and lifting scheme of electrostatic precipitator, therefore, integral structure of electrostatic precipitator should be broke down during installation so as to meet the requirements of installation, Meanwhile, the proper lifting equipment should be selected based on particularity of different field and advantages/disadvantages of lifting equipments. In addition, some special measures should be adopted according to project requirements so as to not affect the regular operation at installation area and complete the installation of EP on schedule.
