摘　　要：信息化海战的复杂性决定了海上编队作战活动日益表现为体系与体系之间的对抗,从系统科学的角度分析了海上编队作战决策体系含义及其模型,分析了各要素之间的关系,提出了海上编队进行作战指挥决策体系建设的几点启示,对海上编队指挥自动化的体系化建设具有理论指导意义。With the complexity of the sea warfare in the information age, the operational activities of war- ship formation has been become the confrontation between system and system increasingly. The consulting system of combat command system of warship formation and the mode of the structure was analyzed systematically and then, the revelations for the construction of the commanding decision-making of the warship formation were presented. Certain theoretical references for automated command system of warship forma- tion were provided by all the above.
