摘  要:选取了塑料和玻璃两种基体的5种不同桥丝直径的Ni-Cr桥丝换能元与发火药剂斯蒂芬酸铅(LTNR)组成的发火件为研究对象,用D-最优化法测试了这10种发火件的临界发火电压,然后通过对实验过程中的V-I-R曲线的分析发现:当激励电压较高时,12μm、16μm塑料基体的桥丝发火件和16μm、20μm的玻璃基体的桥丝发火件的电压电流曲线会有二次峰值,实验过程中有等离子体出现;相同直径不同基体的桥丝/LTNR发火件的临界发火电压不同;基体对发火件的发火性能没有影响。In order to test the critical firing voltages of electric hot wire initiating devices, D-optimization method was used and ten kinds of samples were choose, which include two kinds of plugs, plastic and glass, and five different bridge wire diameters. In addition, the voltage-current-resistance (V-I-R) curves during the experiment process were analyzed. It is shown that when the discharge voltage is high, for the initiating devices with 12 μm, 16 μm diameter and plastic plug and the devices with 16 μm, 20μm diam- eter and glass plug, there is a second peak at the V-I-R curves. The plasma appears during. For the de- vices with the same bridge wire diameter but different plugs, the critical firing voltages are different but the firing properties are the same.
