妇科门诊对宫颈疾病的防治手段及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科门诊对宫颈疾病的防治手段以及其临床效果。方法回顾性选择分析2012年1月~2014年1月于本院妇科门诊进行检查并确诊为宫颈疾病患者100例作为研究对象,其中将2012年1月~2013年1月收治的50例患者作为对照组,将2013年1月~2014年1月收治的50例患者作为观察组,比较2组患者宫颈疾病的治愈率、相关疾病知识的知晓情况。结果观察组患者宫颈疾病痊愈33例,缓解17例,无1例复发状况,其临床改善状况明显优于对照组,而在知晓率方面,实验组有33例掌握阴道塞药,36例掌握物理治疗,41例掌握阴道冲洗知识,31例掌握全身治疗知识,较对照组患者知晓率更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在妇科门诊对宫颈疾病患者采取一定的防治措施可以明显改善患者疾病的临床治愈率,提高患者对疾病的知晓程度,可较好地使更多女性参与到子宫颈病变预防工作上来,在临床中是一种预防及有效控制宫颈疾病的重要手段。Objective To the investigate the controlling means and effect observation on i the cervical disease in the outpatient service of the gynaecology department.Methods Selected 100 cervical disease patients Checked and confirmed in the outpatient service of the gynaecology department from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients from January 2013 to January 2012 were selected as the control group, patients from January 2013 to January 2013 were selected as the observation group.The cervical disease cure rate and the relative knowledge about cervical disease of two groups were compared.Results There were 33 cases recovered, 17 cases in observation group, no recurrence, its clinical improvement was better than control group, while in terms of awareness, the experimental group with 33 cases master vagina waist, 36 cases of mastering physical therapy, 41 cases of mastering knowledge of vagina washing, 31 cases of systemic treatment knowledge, awareness is higher than the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion We takes certain measures to prevent and control in patients with cervical disease can obviously improve the clinical cure rate of patients with disease in the outpatient service of the gynaecology department and make patuents know more disease related knowledge, it can better make more women to participate in the cervix disease prevention work, it is an effective prevention and control in the clinical cervical disease.
