摘　　要：目的了解某城市远洋运输业海员的安全健康知识与技能现状,提高其安全健康教育水平。方法选取某城市港口国有大型远洋运输集团公司员工为调查对象,通过文献及专家咨询制订初始问卷,先进行预调查;汇总后编制为正式调查表。将安全技术培训和教育分为急救技术、安全卫生知识教育以及其他3个方面的内容。结果发放调查问卷400人份,其中有效问卷382人份,有效率为95.5%。有37.96%的被调查者经历过安全事故,超过99%的人接受过安全健康教育培训并且认为培训是有效的。在急救技术的7项培训内容中,选择止血和包扎技术的人分别为93.46%和90.58%;在安全卫生知识教育的4项培训内容中,选择食品饮食安全、饮水安全的人数分别为92.15%和84.55%。结论该城市远洋运输公司海员的安全知识与技能现状尚可,但还需要进一步强化培训和加强管理。[Objective] To investigate the safety and health education and skills of the seafarers in shipping industry of a city,and improve the level of their safety and health education. [ Methods ] The seafarers from a large state-owned ocean shipping group company were selected as study objects. First questionnaire came out based on researching articles and some experts＇consultation and then the pre-snrvey was conducted, after simplifying the questionnaire, the final one divided safety technical training and education into first aid techniques, health and safety knowledge and education, and others. [Results] The questionnaire was distributed to 400 people, 382 were valid with the rate of 95.5%. 37.96% of the respondents experienced accidents in their ships, more than 99% of the respondents had been trained before on the safety and health education and thought it efficacious and necessary. Of 7 training items of first aid techniques, 93.46% and 90.58% chose stanching and bandaging techniques, respectively. Of 4 education items of safety and health knowledge, 92.15% and 84.55% chose food safety and drinking safety. [ Conclusion ] The present situation of safety knowledge and skills of seafarers is acceptable, but further intensive training and strengthening management is still necessary.
