摘　　要：目的分析克拉玛依市手足口病（HFMD）的流行病学特征,掌握流行动态,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,对克拉玛依市2009—2013年HFMD病例资料进行统计分析。结果克拉玛依市2009—2013年期间共报告HFMD 1 316例病,平均年报告发病率为68.77/10万。全市4个区均有报告病例,克拉玛依区报告病例数最多,占全部病例的53.87%。发病高峰多为5—7月份,春夏季高发。发病人群主要为0~5岁儿童,占报告总数的87.91%。发病人群中男性多于女性,以散居儿童及幼托儿童为主。共发生聚集疫情62次最多的一起发病20例。实验室诊断检测出病毒的阳性病例173例,EV71病毒感染为65例,Cox A16病毒感染为99例。结论克拉玛依市2009—2013年HFMD发病情况处于波动态势,在做好全面防控的同时,还应重点做好0~5岁儿童的防控工作。[ Objective ] To analyze the epidemiologic features of hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Karamay City,to grasp the epidemic trend, and provide evidence for controlling HFMD. [ Methods ] The descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the data of HFMD during 2009-2013. [Results] A total of 1 316 HFMD cases were reported in Karamay City, the average annual incidence rate was 68.77/100 000. The cases were reported in 4 districts of the city. Karamay District reported 53.87% of total cases which was the highest among all districts. Most cases were found from May to Jury, with peak incidence in spring and summer. Most of the patients were the children aged 0-5 years old which occupied 87.91% of total cases. Males had a significantly higher incidence rate compared to females and the cases consisted of mainly scattered and kindergarten children. There were 62 outbreaks of the HFMD occurred, the biggest one had 20 cases. Laboratory diagnosis founded 173 positive cases, in which 65 positive cases were infected by EV71 and 99 positive cases were infected by CoxA16. [ Conclusion ] The incidence rate of the HFMD was fluctuating during 2009-2013. Besides comprehensive control measures of HFMD, It is important to make control focus on children under 5 years.
