摘 要:目的建立实用、准确、快速的游泳池水中尿素检测方法。方法增大显色剂浓度,加大标准系列浓度,缩短加热时间,提高吸光度值,从而扩大检测范围。结果改进后的方法检出限为0.060 mg/L。当尿素含量在0.10~10.0 mg/L范围时,标准曲线线性关系良好,r=0.999 8。分别测定高、中、低3个浓度的样品,进行11次测定,相对标准偏差为1.18%、1.61%和4.18%,回收率为102%、106%和97.5%。当游泳池水中加入氯消毒剂和硫酸铜时,对测定结果无干扰。结论改进后方法操作简便、快速、回收率高,检测范围宽,符合实验室检测要求。[Objective]To establish a practical, accurate and rapid method for the determination of urea in swimming pool water. [Methods]The detection range was widened by increasing the concentrations of the color reagent and the standard series, shortening the time of calefaction and improving the absorbance values. [Results]The detection limit of the improved method was 0.060 mg/L. The standard curve was excellently linear (r=0.999 8) when the contents of urea were between 0.10 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was respectively 1.18%, 1.61% and 4.18%, while the recovery was respectively 102%, 106% and 97.5% for eleven repeated determinations of samples with high, medium and low concentrations. The chlorine disinfectant and copper sulfate in swimming pool water had no interference in determination results. [Conclusion]The improved method is simple and rapid, with high recovery rate and wide detection range, and it meets the requirements of laboratory deteetion.
