摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区居民中医药素养水平。方法采取多阶段分层抽样方法,开展浦东新区居民中医药素养水平基线调查,实施针对性中医健康教育干预1年后再次进行入户问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果中医药知识理念知晓率、健康行为形成率、基本技能掌握率分别从干预前的41.92%、36.24%、35.04%提升至干预后的51.76%、43.84%、46.44%。结论经中医特色健康教育干预后,居民中医药素养水平得到提高,但对于调查结果中知晓率较低项目,仍需重点加强中医综合健康教育干预。[Objective] To understand the TCM literacy knowledge among residents in Pudong New Area of Shanghai City. [Methods] Multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to conduct baseline survey of TCM literacy knowledge among residents in Pudong New Area. After intervention of TCM health education of 1 year, the questionnaire survey was repeated, then the intervention results were evaluated.[ Results ] Awareness of the concept of TCM literacy, health behavior formation rate , basic skills mastered rate increased from 41.92%, 36.24%, 35.04% before intervention to 51.76% , 43.84% , 46.44% after intervention. [ Conclusion ] After intervention of TCM health education, the TCM literacy knowledge level is improved among residents. But the intervention should continue to strengthen the items which have low awareness rate in survey.
