超声引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术患者的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声定位引导下肝组织活检术患者围术期的护理。方法对2013年1—8月60例慢性乙肝患者在超声定位引导下行经皮肝穿刺活检术，术前给予心理干预、常规检查及呼吸训练；术中密切观察患者病情，进行心理疏导，减轻痛苦；术后加强监护，采取针对性护理措施，减少并发症的发生。结果60例患者均顺利完成肝穿刺操作，发生术后局部疼痛5例，血压一过性下降1例。结论护理人员通过加强术前、术中和术后护理，可以减轻患者对肝穿刺的恐惧感，避免或减少各种并发症发生，缓解痛苦，有助于肝穿刺术的顺利进行。Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of patients with ultrasound-guided percutaneous liverbiopsy. Methods A total of 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients in ultrasound localization guided percutaneous liver biopsy from January to August in 2013 were selected. They were given preoperative psychological intervention, routine examination and breathing exercises, close observation of the patients during operation, psychological counseling, pain relief, postoperative intensive care and pertinent nursing interventions to reduce the occurrence of complications. Results The 60 patients were all successfully completed liver puncture operation, five cases occurred postoperative wound pain, one case′s blood pressure dropped. Conclusions Strengthening nursing care of postoperative, preoperative and intraoperative period can reduce patients′ fear and avoid or reduce the complications, alleviate the suffering of patients, meanwhile help liver puncture go smoothly.
