北京地区猪主要病毒性腹泻疾病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了解近年来北京地区猪主要病毒性腹泻疾病的发生发展状况,2012-2013年,从北京地区昌平、延庆、大兴、顺义等区县的规模化猪场、养殖户等试验场点,采集样品1 201份,利用多重RT-PCR方法进行了检测,结果显示,样品中猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)阳性率为2.58%,猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)阳性率为4.66%,猪轮状病毒(Po RV)阳性率为6.16%。春季TGEV、PEDV和Po RV阳性率分别为0.69%、6.25%、5.56%,夏季TGEV、PEDV和Po RV阳性率分别为1.04%、5.19%、12.21%,秋季TGEV、PEDV和Po RV阳性率分别为0.72%、4.35%、5.07%,冬季TGEV、PEDV和Po RV阳性率分别为0.00%、2.63%、6.58%。说明Po RV在猪群中普遍存在,尤其是夏季受环境条件影响更为高发。而PEDV作为高发病率、高死亡率腹泻的主要病因应受到高度关注。北京地区PEDV、TGEV近年来受季节因素影响不明显,提醒长期加强猪主要病毒性腹泻疾病的预防与控制。To find out the situation of main viral diarrhea of swine in Beijing recent years, the multiplex RT-PCR method was used to detect the 1 201 samples from different scale test pig farms in these districts in Beijing ： Changping, Yanqing, Daxing and Shunyi. According to the results showed in these samples, the positive rates of TGEV, PEDV and PoRV were 2.58%, 4.66% and 6.16%.Well the positive rates of TGEV, PEDV and PoRV in spring were 0.69%, 6.25% and 5.56%.the positive rates of TGEV, PEDV and PoRV in summer were 1.04%, 5.19% and 12.21%.The positive rates of TGEV, PEDV and PoRV in autumn were 0.72%, 4.35% and 5.07%. And the positive rates of TGEV, PEDV and PoRV in winter were 0.00%, 2.63% and 6.58%.The results indicated that pigs had high level of PoRV disease, especially in summer due to the bad environment. PEDV which was the major cause of swine viral diarrhea should be given high attention. In recent years, the infection of PEDV or TGEV were rarely affected by the seasonal factors in Beijing, because of that, we should strengthen the prevention and control of main swine viral diarrhea for a long time.
