摘 要:为探讨高能量日粮促进山羊瘤胃上皮细胞增殖,促进瘤胃上皮生长的机理,选取18只青年波杂山羊,随机分成高能量组(HL组)和低能量组(LL组),连续饲喂持续42 d。结果显示,与LL组相比,HL组山羊血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)浓度在试验第14天和第35天显著升高;HL组山羊瘤胃上皮p ERK/ERK比率显著高于LL组,表明高能量日粮提高山羊血清IGF-1浓度,并激活其受体后Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK信号转导途径,促进瘤胃上皮细胞增殖。Previous studies showed that, high energy diets accelerated cell proliferation of rumen epithelium, promoted growth of rumen epithelium in goats. This study investigated its molecular biological mechanism. Eighteen young male goats were randomly divided into two groups, the HL group and the LL group for the feeding trial of 42-day. The results showed that serum IGF-1 concentration was significantly higher in the HL group than that in the LL group on 14-day and 35-day and the pERK/ERK ratio in HL group was also significantly higher than that in LL group, indicating that the effect of energy-rich diet on proliferation of rumen epithelium was mediated by elevated IGF-1 throuth Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway.
