摘 要:振动异响是汽车内饰件开发过程中一个重要课题。通过对某车型副仪表板进行模态数值分析、模态物理试验、台架子系统振动异响试验、整车振动异响路试,总结出汽车内饰件开发过程中振动异响的探测方法:模态分析初步判断结构弱点(数值模拟和模态试验);零部件和子系统振动异响试验找出异响源;整车振动异响验证。从早期预防、中期试验到后期验证,每一环节都要做到才能真正解决异响问题。During the development of automobile interior parts, squeak and rattle is very im- portant. Modal numerical simulation, model test, sub-system and vehicle squeak and rattle (S&R) physical test has been conducted on the sub-panel. Automobile interior parts squeak and rattle detec- tion method are obtained. Firstly., modal analysis determines the initial structural weaknesses (numeri- cal simulation and physical tests). And then components and subsystem squeak and rattle physical test to identify abnormal sound source, vehicle squeak and rattle physical test for validation is the last. To solve the noise issue, each step from early prevention, middle test to late validation should be done.
