摘　　要：本文介绍了在中医药理论精髓(整体观、系统论)指导中医药与现代科学技术整合过程中,所提出的中医药整合医学的发展背景和研究实践,从基于化学物质组学的中药复方化学研究体系,"系统-系统"的中药复方研究模式,整合化学物质组学的中医药系统生物学和临床系统生物学,整合生物标志物体系,聚焦整合生物标志物群,中药工程集成化创新与自主创新,中药复方新药创制及技术支撑体系,复方药物研发创新体系,化学生物学和仿人体微流控芯片等多个方面阐述了中医药整合医学具体研究内容和展望。Integrated Medicine for Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） was proposed during the essence of TCM theory known as holistic view and systematic theory was applied as the guidance on integrating TCM and modern science and technology. The developing background and research practices of the Integrated Medicine for TCM were reviewed in this article, including Chemomics, ＂system to system＂ research mode on TCM, TCM systems biology and clinical systems biology, Integrated Biomarker System, Focus Integrated Biomarkers, integrated and independent innovations on TCM engineering, innovation system of composite drug, technical supporting system for research and develop of novel TCM drugs, chemical biology, and also Human-on-chip, as well as the specific research content and prospect.
