摘 要:目的:建立同时测定白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱、黄柏酮和梣酮含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55:45),流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为236 nm,柱温为室温,自动进样器进样,进样量10μL。结果:白鲜碱在2.505-40.08μg·m L-1质量浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 7,n=5),平均回收率为99.04%(RSD=1.51%,n=6);黄柏酮在26.12-418.0μg·m L-1质量浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 8,n=5),平均回收率为99.48%(RSD=2.25%,n=6);梣酮在7.540-120.6μg·m L-1质量浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 8,n=5),平均回收率为99.54%(RSD=2.09%,n=6)。结论:本法操作方便,结果准确,精密度好,专属性强,可用于白鲜皮配方颗粒的质量控制。This study was aimed to establish an HPLC method for determination of dictamnine, ohacunone and fraxinellone in Dietamni cortex Dispensing Granules. The separation of samples was performed on an Agilent Extend Cls (250 min×4.6 ram, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of methol-water (55:45) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 236 nm. The column temperature was set at the room temperature and the injection volume (in automatic sampler) was 10 μL. The results showed that the linear range of dictamnine, obacunone and fraxinellone was 2.505-40.08 μg·mL^-1(R2=0.999 7, n=5), 26.12-418.0 μg·mL^-1 (R2=0.999 8, n=5), 7.540-120.6 μg·mL^-1(R2=0-999 8, n=5), respectively. The average recovery of dictamnine, obacunone and fraxinellone was 99.04% (RSD=1.51%, n=6), 99.48% (RSD=2.25%, n=6), 99.54% (RSD=2.09%, n=6), respectively. It was concluded that the method was easy and simple to operate, accurate and stable in results with good specificity, thus it was applicable for the quality control of Dictamni cortex Dispensing Granules.
