高效液相色谱法测定中药香加皮中7种孕甾烷糖苷类成分的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立中药香加皮中7种孕甾烷糖苷类成分含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定periploside C、periploside K、periploside R、periploside D、periploside E、periploside Q和periploside O等7种成分的含量。色谱柱:菲罗门C18(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.6μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.5 m L·min-1;检测波长:264 nm。结果:中药香加皮中periploside C、periploside K、periploside R、periploside D、periploside E、periploside Q和periploside O等7种成分的含量分别在0.020 1-0.100 5 mg·m L-1、0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1、0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1、0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1、0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1、0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1和0.002 5-0.125 mg·m L-1浓度范围内,且进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率依次为98.83%、98.23%、98.27%、98.71%、98.53%、98.28%和98.21%。结论:可以利用此法同时测定中药香加皮中7种孕甾烷糖苷类成分的含量,用于该药材的质量控制。This article was aimed to develop a HPLC method for the content determination of 7 pregnane glycosides in Periploca sepium Bge.. The analysis was carried out on a Phenomenex Cl8 column （100 mm× 4.6 mm, 2.6 μm） eluted with aeetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid ingredient mode. The flow rate was 1.5 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 264 nm. The results showed that the injection volume and peak area peak had a good linear relationship at 0.020 1-0.100 5 mg·mL^-1, 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1, 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1, 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1, 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1, 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1 and 0.002 5- 0.125 mg·mL^-1 for periploside C, periploside K, periploside R, periploside D, periploside E, periploside Q and periploside O, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.83%, 98.23%, 98.27%, 98.71%, 98.53%, 98.28% and 98.21%, successively. It was concluded that the method can determinate concentrations of 7 pregnane glycosides. It can be used for the quality control of Periploca sepium Bge..
