摘  要:由于中药种类繁多,药材产地广,中药复方制剂由多种中药材组成,成分复杂,普通的分离方法效果差,而高效毛细管电泳兼有电泳和色谱技术的双重优势,具有高效、高速、高灵敏度、高自动化等特点,可进行区分真伪、产地及药材有效成分的分离等工作。高效毛细管电泳能对多种成分同时进行测定,已成为控制中药或天然药物质量最有效的手段之一。本文详细介绍了高效毛细管电泳技术在中药分析中的应用,为扩大其应用提供了理论参考。Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) had a wide variety of types and origins. The compound preparation of TCM had complicated compositions of different herbs. Therefore, the common separation methods were ineffective. However, high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) had the advantage of electrophoresis and chromatography, which were highly effective, rapid, sensitive and automated. It can be used to distinguish medicine authenticity and origin, as well as to separate active components from medicine. HPCE can be used to simultaneously determine various components, which had been used as the most effective means for quality control of TCM or natural medicine. This paper introduced the application of HPCE in TCM analysis, which provided theoretical reference for expanding of its application.
