摘  要:目的:使用电感耦合等离子质谱仪,建立散结镇痛胶囊中Li、Be、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Ga、As、Sr、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Hg、Tl、Pb和Bi共18种重金属及微量元素的测定方法。方法:散结镇痛胶囊经微波消解后,以Ge、In为内标,以灌木枝叶标准药材作为质控标准物质,用ICP-MS进行测定。结果:各元素的检出限在0.002 8-0.54μg·L-1之间,回收率在82.8%-107.2%之间,RSD≤5.6%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可以用于散结镇痛胶囊中重金属及微量元素的质量控制。This study was aimed to establish a method for the simuhaneous analysis of 18 types of heavy metals and trace elements in San-Jie ZherL-Tong (SJZT) Capsule, including Li, Be, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Ga, As, St, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb and Bi. Samples of SJZT Capsule were digested via microwave. Ge and In were used as internal standard elements. Bush branches and leaves were used as controlled reference standard. ICP-MS was used for the determination. The results showed that the detection limits of all elements were in the range of 0.002 8-0.54 μg· L^-1. with the recovery ranging from 82.8% to 107.2%, RSD ≤ 5.6%. It was concluded that the method was quick, simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of heavy metals and trace elements in SJZT Capsule.
