摘　　要：中医的辨证目的就是辨病位、辨虚实、辨寒热、辨病势。治疗就是根据病位,以归经选药,根据虚实,或补虚或祛邪,根据寒热,或选温药温之,或选寒凉药清之,根据病势,选择适宜路径扶正、祛邪而去,本质上就是三维纠偏,因势利导,扶正祛邪。配伍组方就是将这一治疗思想具体贯彻在某方中,所以配伍原则就是治疗原则。中医的辨证目的、治疗原则、配伍原则是一脉相承的连续思维,都是三维纠偏,因势利导,扶正祛邪。这一提炼清晰阐释中医科学内涵,方便教学,是一种更为世界接受的语言表述形式,有助于促进中医发展和中西医结合。The aim of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation was to differentiate the disease location, excess or deficiency pattern, cold or heat pattern, and disease tendency. According to disease location, drugs were selected based on channel tropism. Deficiency tonification or evil expelling was selected according to deficiency or excess pattern. Warm nature or cold nature medication was selected according to the cold or heat pattern. According to disease tendency, increasing the healthy qi or expelling pathogenic factors was selected to be used in the treatment. The nature was three-dimensional correction, capitalizing on the trend and increasing the healthy qi and expelling pathogenic factors. Compound compatibility was to carry out this treatment in a specific ideological prescription, so compatibility principle was the treatment principle. The aim of TCM syndrome differentiation, treatment principle, compatibility principle had the same strain continuous thinking which was three-dimension correction, capitalizing on the trend, increasing the healthy qi and expelling pathogenic factors. The summary can clearly explain the scientific connotation of TCM, which made teaching convenient. It was a kind of language form which was better spreading to the world for the development of TCM and integrative medicine.
